Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Workshop Foreman to ensure that maintenance and repair works on all types of Linde Material Handling forklifts, both onsite and in the workshop, are done accordance with the prescribed standards and specifications in order to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of departmental objectives.
- Allocates jobs to appropriate service personnel, keeping in view the nature of repairs and the mechanic specialization to ensure proper quality of repair.
- Ensures that repairs are conducted in accordance with product specifications and within the standard prescribed time, enabling customer satisfaction.
- Prepares the quote and final costs for all repair and service works.
- Ensure time booked on job card is as per guidelines set by the company and job cards are closed timely and control the WIP.

Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience as foreman or as workshop controller.
- Result-oriented acting, decision-making ability, ability to work under pressure, operational readiness, mobility, self-dependent and self-employed working, quality awareness & willingness to learn
