Job Description
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining accounts over time.
- Research and identify new leads and merchants.
- Develop and consistently meet all assigned targets and key performance metrics on a daily, monthly, quarterly
- and annual basis.
- Communicate and keep an eye on market trends and competitive companies.
- Handle merchant's complaints to ensure effective closure of complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure high standard service provision
- Assess customers' needs and identify the product/service that best meets the needs
