Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Accounts Executive - IKEA - Cairo Festival City - Cairo, Egypt

Financial:
- To be in charge of all the cash transactions that takes place in the store.
- To assist Business Navigator in manage and controlling the cash office functions and ensures daily/weekly and monthly routines are followed
- To Ensure IKEA Cash Handeling SOPs are followed in the Cash Office .
- Assist the Business Navigator in maintaining and updating Cash Handling SOPs
- To ensure entries for all the transactions are made daily and books are balanced at the end of the day.
- To make reports about the daily happenings in Cash Office.
- To make money available in case the superiors require for company transactions.

People Management and Development
- To train new Cash Admins the company hires.
- To help the accountant in the SO of the company to maintain all the cash sales accounts.

Requirements

- Commerce graduate with experience in audit and Softwar
- 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
