Job Description
As a Cybersecurity operations team leader, you will manage a team of cybersecurity operations engineer providing L1/L2 support for solutions provided to Jafeer' s customer. You will act as technical reference to the team and will oversee the customers tickets and cases and take charge of troubleshooting till resolution. You will monitor the customer services and make sure of meeting agreed SLAs.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of operational shifts.
- Identify and resolve problems and create solutions for opened cases.
- Act as technical reference to the team.
- Hire, coach and develop cybersecurity operation team shifts.
- Regularly communicate to management and customer the service operation status.
Requirements
Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing technical teams, vendor or SLA contracts and delivery.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.
Technical Skills
- Experience in computing infrastructure, networking and cloud environments.
- Experience with Fortinet products (Fortimail, Forti Analyzer, FortiGate and FortiSandbox)
- NSE Certificate is a Plus.
- Experience with initiating enhancements initiatives in a global environment based on operational trends.
Education
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, other related field, or equivalent experience.
