Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Summary/Purpose: Provides clinical and technical leadership during sales process by demonstration of full range of products / services to prospects.

Responsibilities:
- Use strong Clinical expertise to help sales
- Build strong relationship with Luminaries in order to develop programs.
- Engage with new and named accounts to establish credibility and drive clinical strategy.
- Provide thought leadership on product optimization and products market positioning.
- Responsible for Clinical and Research sites management in coordination with local organizations.
- Responsible for the clinical evaluation of new software, options, and systems before release.
- Responsible for dissemination of information on Clinical trends, new procedures and new products or options.
- Resolve product vs. Application issues.
- Make the selection of clinical images for the sales library and congresses.
- Work with the Product Manager(s) and the local Organization to identify key reference sites for new product introductions.
- Establishes regular and ongoing linkage to the Clinical Applications Group.
- Ensures that all new products are clinically relevant and all clinical needs are translated into technical and performance specifications.
- Give input into Product Planning on Clinical trends.
- Take active part in the organization of user meetings / Medical Advisory board in collaboration with the Product Managers and the Sales Support Specialist.
- Support Customer visits at reference site as needed.
- Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.

Requirements

- Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to perform ultrasound scanning on live patients in a clinical environment.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent Presentation and public speaking skills, ability to deliver simplified messages to a diversified target audience from Academic, to clinical to technical and be able to get the message through.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to occasional nationwide or international sites. Representation in meetings and tradeshows may additionally be required.
- Fluency in English, French and other relevant languages within territory will be a plus.
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
- Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
