Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Farming Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience
- Must have 5 - 8 years of experience working in a Senior Management role in the farming
- Should have managed Operations for a company of 100 – 150 people
- Ideally experience within launching and starting new projects
- Flexible to travel between head office and farm across Egypt
- Under 50 years old
