Area Manager - Egypt
NTS are currently working with a leading retail company who, due to increased expansion and growth in the region, are looking to appoint an Area Manager, to be based in their stores in Egypt.
The role will be largely involved in ensuring that sales & KPI’s are met and operating procedures are strictly followed. You will be responsible for supporting stores in maximizing revenue, driving sales and meeting monthly objectives. You will be responsible for managing store staff and ensuring they are fully motivated and engaged as a workforce.
Training and development will also be part of the role and you will be involved in facilitating the training to store based staff in product knowledge, store operational procedures, selling skills and customer service.
Furthermore, you will be involved in communication & reporting, delivering market intelligence (fashion trends, customer profile, competition within the regional market etc) and brand awareness.
Requirements
To be successful, you will be ideally already based in Egypt and have a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience within a similar role, working for recognizable and international fashion brands.
You will be a very strong communicator (in both English as well as Arabic) and have the ability to be able to maintain close relationships with customers. You will be results orientated, have good problem solving sills and have a positive attitude and approach.
You will hold a Bachelors degree, 4-6 years within fashion retail (especially in store) out of which 3 years should be at a managerial level. Experience within mid to high end retail brands is preferred and local experience within Egypt is essential.
This role is offering up to 20,000 (Egyptian Pounds) per month, plus benefits.
