Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- An exciting opportunity has become available for an Arabic Area Manager to join a large Multinational apparel group (Retail) located in Cairo, Egypt. The purpose of this role is to ensure the store operates at the optimum level in terms of staffing, product, service and staff working independently reporting to the Retail Operations Manager.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the store are meeting KPI’s and standard operating procedures in order to maintain brand and company standards by supporting stores in maximizing revenue and driving sales, in order to meet monthly sales objectives.
- People Management – manage and develop the store staff to ensure a fully motivated and engaged workforce. Conduct HR-related deliverables including appraisals, investigating disciplinary issues etc.
- Training and development, Communication and Reporting, Market Intelligence by maintaining up to date information on fashion trends and competition within the market along with Brand Awareness and an understanding of the brand history.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous Retail experience (a minimum of 4 years) and have an understanding of Retail Operations experience. You will be an excellent communicator in both English and Arabic and be result orientated whilst maintaining strong customer focus.
