Employment: Full Time

Area Sales Manager - Egypt

Main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the delivery of the booking/revenue of Pentair Flow Control generated from O&G, Process, Power and mining markets in Egypt/Jordan & Lebanon;
- Planning and conducting market research to identify business opportunities to increase the sales in the assigned countries.
- Networking and Market monitoring to identify competitor and to build up an appropriate contacts and prospective business opportunities and market database;
- Managing and leading the team in the country and ensuring sales strategies for daily sales markets and projects markets are executed exceptionally and delivering sustainable results and growth;
- Tracking projects and following up of incoming orders in cooperation with other departments (inside sales, Business Development, procurement, finance);
- Working Knowledge of CRM to generate periodic reports and statistics regarding sales achievements and prospects against budget;
- Managing all MRO, Service and projects sales activities of Pentair Flow Control in the assigned countries.
- Be the key contact for Pentair Flow Control organization for any projects/customers located in Egypt/Jordan & Lebanon;
- Supporting project execution, improvement in DSO, collection;
- Investigating locally new product opportunities and recommend research and development work;
- Representing the company at meetings with customers, representatives and other department’s etc., as required.
- Ensure Pentair Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in the field of sales.
- Ability to lead a team through application of basic knowledge of processes and systems to ensure output.

Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Valves & Actuators .
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
- Good knowledge of Computer applications.
- Knowledge & experience of Egypt/Jordan& Lebanon market will be added advantage
