DESCRIPTION

· Handling seller's inquiries via call, chat, email & face to face meeting.

· Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.· Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.
· Ability to work under pressure and provide high quality work.
· Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
· Liaise with other departments such as relationship managers, operations, or technical teams as required to resolve merchant issues and questions.
· Look for opportunities to grow Business through acquiring and development of targeted merchants.
· Generate leads of potential merchants that would drive the business growth.
· Achieve yearly business targets
· Build and execute on a strategic plan that delivers on key business opportunities for merchants & PayFort.
· Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution
· Understand products and services offered by PayFort and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
· Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance.
· Help define the merchant base and industry verticals we target for various PayFort services using local knowledge.
· Flexible & willing to learn on new ideas, initiatives & approaches.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
· Experience within sales & business development environment preferred.
· Desire to expand skills into new areas.
· Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change.
· Self-starter, ability to take initiatives.
· Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
· Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers" -must be metrics driven-.
· Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
· Experience in sales would be an advantage
· Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
· Passion for e-commerce.
· Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
· Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
· Consistent effort, intense commitment, perseverance and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
· Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
· Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity.
· Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
· Rich knowledge in e-commerce and digital marketing.
· Knowledge of the local e-commerce & market and culture
· Exceptional Communication, management and analytical skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives
· Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
· Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing, revenue targets and quotas is highly desirable.
· Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
