Buying Assistant - Toys R Us - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to recruit a Buying Assistant for Toys R Us in Cairo, Egypt. Reporting directly to the Buyer. As a Buying Assistant you will assist the buyer in creating the master data & replenishment of the stocks. Creation of PO and to coordinate with the stores on stock related queries.

In addition to be responsible for data creation and maintenance in the system.Organising reports pertaining to SAP for the management and buying team. (i.e. Range Report, Ageing Report, Category Margin Report, Open to Buy Report, Vendor Sales report and Sales & Stock Report)

You will also ensure all vendors receive the purchase orders on time and follow up for non-delivery of PO within the time frame. As well as provide support to all stores to ensure that they can provide/meet the products that the customers are looking for and ensure that trading agreements, credit notes and import vendor quote sheets are properly filed for reference.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent discipline.
- 1-2 years of retail buying experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- Negotiating and analytical skills
- High degree of accuracy
