Collector - Hard Collection

Job description / Role

- Coordinate with the Legal Dept. Aim of achieving both delinquency and recovery targets in line with the business plan and annual budget.
- Control and Audit of all collection activities throughout the legal Dept.
- Negotiate compromise settlements with customers and lawyers, and authorize third parties to establish equitable repayment terms.
- Coordinate with attorney in the execution of judgment and monitor solicitor‘s performance on accounts sent for legal action.
- Maximize agency performance by closely monitoring their activities on the account, obtaining feedback on cases referred and updating the system
- Mange portfolio write-off and recoveries.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of Retail collections Knowledge.
