Oracle Communications Apps Global Business Unit (CAGBU) represents Oracle in the communications industry. Oracle CAGBU is responsible for the development, marketing, sales and consulting of Oracle Communications specific products, and leads Oracle's strategy in the communications industry. The Oracle Communications applications portfolio consists of the following products:
- Billing & Revenue Management
- Order & Service Management
- Inventory Management
- Service Activation
- Configuration Management
- Network Intelligence & Network Integrity
- Network Assurance
What You'll Do
- Lead the project delivery with full end-to-end accountability
- Lead the customer management as well as internal stakeholders to set the right expectations and secure the change management process
- Deliver the project on time and budget
- Bring up margin improvement ideas and lead their implementation
- Follow Oracle projects governance and delivery processes
- Ensure proper resources planning in place
- Ensure accurate financial forecast in place for cost/margin and revenue recognition
- Support the sales team in the bid phase and ensure the sold consulting services can be delivered as quoted on time and budget
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- +15 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience
- Virtual teams leadership capabilities
- Good background of the BSS/OSS projects delivery
- Strong knowledge of the Project Management processes and knowledge areas
- Strong communication/presentation skills up to customers CX level
- Gulf experience is mandatory especially in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent project financials management knowledge
- Large projects leadership experience
