Customer Service Assistant (Merchandise & Pickup) - IKEA - Cairo Festival City - Cairo, Egypt

To assist customers who are picking up their product from IKEA, and to ensure product is properly maintained within the warehouse.
- Greets and welcomes customers on arrival to the area.
- For customer’s collection, receives from customer the purchased copy.
- Ensures to verify the goods in the invoice copy matching the merchandise pick up picking list before handing the goods to the customer
- Ensures the customer sign the merchandise pick up picking list as proof of goods receipts
- Ensure to label each article before moving the goods to the back office area.
- Ensures all customers’ queries are attended to in a professional manner.
- Handles routine customer complaint promptly and courteously.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure all system procedures are adheres to as per policy / procedure.
- Process invoices, ship products in computer with speed and accuracy.
- Ensures neat, clean appearance of self and work area.
- Check and verify each article against the picking list
- Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
- For home delivery, receives goods from ISL team
- Receives goods from ISL and affix signature on the picking list.

Requirements

- High School
- 2 years in a similar role.
