Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- A person with a technical background, and understanding the business models of the power industry, the traditional build-up of a power project.
- Have an experience (2 - 3 years minimum) in the power industry, either in consulting firm, or in charge of feasibility studies for a developer, a utility or a major package supplier.
- Familiar with the concepts of Cost of Electricity as a driver.
- Master one or more tools that support the definition of the architecture of a power plant (thermal essentially).

- Having a global view of the power industry.
- Having the understanding of the value chain, i.e. from fuel to electricity.
- Having more exposure to thermodynamics than mechanical and/or electrical designs.
- To be a team member, and build teams.
- Be proactive and bring Enthusiasm.
- Has the will to participate in an international adventure.
- Be creative (brings new solutions to new issues or to existing issues).
- Be able to speak on behalf of the company with external bodies like clients, partners and vendors.
- Speak and write English fluently, possibly Arabic.
