Job Description
- Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy including web, SEO, database marketing, email, and social media to promote the company's brand and equity. His/her duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. Have experience in art direction and social media
- Plan and implement the digital and inbound marketing strategies for f the corporate communications plan in alignment with corporate strategy and objectives
- Ensure the development of digital communications materials in tandem with creative team for clients, partners, stakeholders, internal use, employees, and prospects
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement
- Execute effective brand and channel marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities using customer insights to increase brand awareness and equity in key regions
- Design, build and manage our social media presence on different platforms
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industries and regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
- Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Create email blast campaigns to target key customers and stakeholders
- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of marcoms campaigns
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Work with different teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Ensure synergy among different departments and LoBs in terms of corporate communications and marketing activities
- Participate in other projects and perform other tasks as assigned
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Supervise corporate visual identity by ensuring alignment of marketing collaterals with branding identity
- Responsible for allocation of expenditures
- Collaborate with other teams on projects to raise Giza Systems profile
- Ensure that Giza Systems standards for communications are adhered to across the organization
- Manage and supervise digital team
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the team
- Provide opportunities for on the job training and staff development throughout the year
- Develop and maintain key relationships with different stakeholders
- Collaborate and support different teams within organization
- Drive positive culture and build positive relationships within team and stakeholders
- Maintain good relationships with different stakeholders
- Disseminate information on key elements and factors to enhance customer satisfaction and promote retention
- Manage corporate communications on social media platforms, intranet and website to raise Giza Systems' profile to increase brand awareness

Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or in a related field
- Advanced degree is a plus
- From 8 to 10 years of experience
- Solid technical knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Arabic and English
- Very good budgeting skills
- Proven work experience as a Digital Manager
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Familiarity with web design
