A Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services. This role serves as domain expert and spokesperson for designated solutions or product segments. They are primarily responsible for pipeline growth, deal support, market development, development of content for solution-based training as well as references for additional market penetration

The Digital Solution Advisor Specialists are instrumental in elevating SAP's presence and impact in potential customer engagements. Their primary responsibility lies in not only executing presales presentations but also crafting them, ensuring they communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions, especially to high-level executives. By seamlessly collaborating with VAT teams, they will be fundamental in weaving customer pain points into innovative narratives, highlighting SAP's solutions. They will maintain and curate an asset library for efficient, low-touch transaction processes. Beyond the initial presentations, they will be leading discovery sessions with potential clients, ensuring that SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements. Their intermediate knowledge of SAP solutions, backed by relevant customer success stories, will cement your credibility in the field. With expertise in virtual tools like the SAP Virtual Studio and OBS technology, they will ensure impactful remote presentations. As a specialist, they will have a hand in shaping customer roadmaps for their transition to Cloud environments and provide vital support in RFx completion. Their involvement will persist post-sale, ensuring clients transition smoothly, and they will take charge in crafting holistic narratives for pivotal events and key presentations.

A Digital Solution Advisor Specialists will play a role in our demand generation efforts. With an intermediate grasp of solution knowledge, they are trusted to enhance and refine content that speaks directly to our prospective clients. Collaborating closely with our DG & marketing teams, their insights will help craft targeted content that resonates with the needs and aspirations of our audience. Their proficiency ensures that our outreach is both relevant and compelling.

Requirements

Area 3: Digital Content

They will actively contribute to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios. By incorporating intermediate-level insights and product nuances, they will enhance the depth and relevance of the content for our audience.

Sales Enablement:

A Digital Solution Advisor Specialist delves deeper into sales enablement, actively participating in the creation and refinement of training materials. Their understanding of SAP products allows them to help sales teams navigate through complex features, ensuring they're well-prepared to address customer inquiries.

Experience and Language Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, computer engineering or business-related major is required.
- Minimum +2 years of experience in consulting and/or presales with SAP SuccessFactors domain.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand flow. Fitting all this in a business-related story is a plus.
- Demonstrated history of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement is a plus.
- Conversational fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
