Position Summary

This role involves the ownership and co-leading the execution of key aspects of our aligned Digital ecommerce Roadmap. This roadmap states that Nestle is the FMCG leader growing and leading Ecommerce as a digital sales channel and activating the right media to win with consumers and build brands. Our primary goal is to help markets win with Ecommerce digital capabilities and tools and to ensure the E-Business roadmap is properly integrated into Brand Building the Nestle Way (BBNW). In addition, the role will provide support to Business Units in building and maintaining successful digital marketing, social and digital transformation initiatives. Developing and improving capability in digital marketing for all Categories and Businesses is a core objective of the role.

A day in the life of

- Support in executing eBusiness Road map for Egypt
- Achieve annual Sales target for eCommerce in Egypt while maintaining a profitable growth for the channel
- Flawless e-Content execution across e-retailers
- Maximize business value by using digital to drive cross functional (Marketing, Sales, Channel Category Sales Development team, Corporate Communications, Consumer Service) and cross business collaboration, sharing and where appropriate integration
- Enhance service level with customers by collaborating with other functions like customer service, NBS & DAT
- Quarterly cleansing of e-retailers data base to ensure proper listing and SKU updates
- Leads the e-business team to a holistic approach on new media: CRM, E-commerce & digital communication
- Selecting and Managing key partners, agencies, suppliers and platforms against digital plan

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Ability to analyze, interpret and react to real time trends and data
- Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations
- Strategic vision on digital & eCommerce brand development
- Good Internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Project management skills
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional and cross-business teams
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Integrated Marketing Communication or equivalent)
- 0-2 years of experience in similar role
