Job Description & Summary
We are seeking to recruit exceptional individuals with experience in Oracle ERP technology and/or process. to join our team in Cairo. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation project covering ERP Financials or Projects modules. They will have implementation experience in 1 or more Oracle modules within the relevant area.

As an Oracle ERP/FIN Consultant, you will play a key role in the following areas:

- Delivering projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle FIN technology.
- Using our industry leading methodologies to transform client's businesses.
- Where needed, carry out additional responsibilities such as; business case development, requirements gathering, workshop delivery, business process design, functional and technical design, vendor selection, systems build, test and deploy, stakeholder management, change management, people/line management.

Role Requirements:

- Able to work independently on a project (performing business analysis, creating User Stories)
- Able to work independently with a client (preparing / running demos, participating in workshops, collecting requirements, contacting the client)
- Experience as a lead consultant on the project (e.g. Lead Consultant, Lead BA)

Requirements

Essential skills & attributes:

- A minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or Projects modules.
- Implementation experience of 1 or more Oracle modules in the relevant area.
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities on ERP projects; requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration. conference room pilots / prototype demonstrations, testing, Integration, data migration, training, post 'go live' support.
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills
- Strong client relationship skills

Education

- University Degree
