Job Description & Summary

We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to modernize their HR business processes around core HR, Benefits, Payroll/T&L, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, along with numerous other processes. As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their HR and business requirements, and translate them into Oracle HCM system specifications.

- Solution Design: Design and configure Oracle HCM modules according to the client's requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

- Implementation and Configuration: Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration activities to implement Oracle HCM modules. Customize the system to meet specific business needs, and ensure smooth deployment.

- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to verify the functionality and performance of Oracle HCM modules. Conduct system and integration testing, identify and resolve any issues or defects.

- User Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation phase. Create user

- documentation, conduct workshops, and assist users in effectively utilizing the Oracle HCM system.

- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Monitor and maintain the Oracle HCM system, including applying patches and updates. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM releases and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. Manage client expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively.

- Best Practices and Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HR and HCM systems. Provide expertise and guidance to clients on leveraging Oracle HCM to optimize their HR processes and practices.

Requirements

Preferred skills

- Previous experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant or in a similar HR systems implementation role.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM suite, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, and Talent Management modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Experience in system implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM data model, security, and reporting.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
