Job description / Role
Head of Concept - For a Retail Giant - Cairo - Egypt
Responsible for division P&L and represents the concept in front of the COO.
- Monitoring strategy implementation of the concept within the division.
- Ensuring coordination and sharing of best practices across the division.
- Monitoring sales performance across the territory.
- Developing concept managers and driving their performance management; ensuring succession planning
- Driving retail execution and leading the concept within the territory.
- Bringing the local perspective to concept strategy implementation.
Requirements
- Maximizing turnover by ensuring accurate, timely and commercial sales planning and forecasting by individual concepts within the division.
- Developing effective working relationships and good communication channels both within the local team and the concept team.
- Formatting, developing and implementing effective operating policies and procedures across the division.
