Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: Leading and managing the HR Department by defining, developing and implementing HR plans, policies and procedures and contributes to the development of HR strategies that meet the business needs.

Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement store operating plans, policies and procedures in line with the organization branding in order to achieve sales' targets and profitability's objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team with accountability for developing and implementing HR strategies for training & development, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations.
- Design and deliver an HR strategy that enable the delivery of its objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures (using the existing policies) to ensuring consistency of the business with positive employee relations.
- Develop a Talent Management Strategies and building up strong relationship with various sources in the market (Universities, Schools, trade unions …etc).
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and define the training and development plans for all employees.
- Implement Learning & Development program (LDP) of the company for managerial and supervisory level in the stores’ operations.
- Manage & conduct induction training for new employees to ensure proper integration for them within the organization.
- Conduct regular Stores’ visits to monitor and evaluate sales skills and customer service of stores´ teams.
- Ensure that there is adequate and enriched diverse talent that is suitable for the high performance culture.
- Develop the capabilities of the stores’ managers and strengthen their leadership skills
- Review the organization structure and align it with the company business strategy.
- Develop and deploy HR best practice & initiatives to improve employees’ productivity and increase their loyalty to the company and their job satisfaction.
- Set goals and smart objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate employees - in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.
- Develop a Performance management Systems and promote incentive plans that enhance and increase sales in the stores.
- Develop a grading system and salary structure by applying HAY methodology.

Requirements

- University degree.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Previous experience in fashion retail.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of store operating procedures.
- Strong people management and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Arabic native speaker. Fluent in written and spoken English.
- PC literate - MS Office applications
