Junior Human Resources Business Partner - Retail Divisional Office - Cairo, Egypt

- To act as a trusted advisor to retail employees on all HR areas; to ensure a keen understanding of the business so as to implement HR practices that support robust business growth and comply with Group HR policy.
- In charge of the new employee administration, in addition to all HR administration tasks. Will be taking care of the integration and induction of the new employees, their welfare, organising social events and annual parties.
- Overall responsible for ensuring smooth comprehensive start for new joiners and are taken through their joining administration, including – if applicable receiving badges, uniforms, locker keys, swipe card and have their finger print registered.( Any Brand Specific Requirements)
- Responsible implementing and ensuring policies and procedures and internal communication.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure all employees are familiar with the group and business rules and regulations, all trainings are being implemented, schedules respected, etc.
- Working with the management team to ensure correct and accurate schedule are on the staff management system.
- Following our recruitment process closely depending on whether the recruitment is a new hire or replacement hire.
- Completing recruitment needs according to headcount and with full
- Support the department managers to prepare for audits and has to ensure that auditors queries and requirements for any supporting evidence etc. are provided for during the audit.
- Follow up on Probationary reviews 1 moth, 3 months and 5 months to be done and file the probationary forms in the store HR office in order to be easy to retrieve.approval of HRBP and Line Manager
- Provide HR administrative supports for the management in various administration related tasks. Supporting the smooth operation of their departments like maintaining records for disciplinary meetings, files, taking minutes of the disciplinary meetings in the absence of the HRBP, printing “Employee of the month/year certificates”.
- Ensures favourable working environment through team building events and activities.
- Be responsible for organising social events for staff.
- Ensure that all business office documents (appraisal documents, employees` letters) are archived properly to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary. Including employee warnings letters are filed and easy to be retrieved when necessary.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration
- Human Resources or Organizational Behaviour Concentration is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.
- Excellent written & verbal skills in English & Arabic.
- Strong Presentation & Training Skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Mobility.
