Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning professional to join Nestle. Reporting into the MENA Talent Manager you will define and execute Learning initiatives that help us to build our capability, close skills gaps, retain our top talent and build a culture of continuous learning.

A day in the life of

- Learning Needs: Understand, assess and report Market's Learning and capability needs and priorities, based on the local business and people strategies
- Local Design & Build: Lead the design, the build and the delivery of the agreed selected "local" portfolio, also leveraging the regional CoC resources and capabilities
- Coaching: Lead the local coaching network in full collaboration with the Regional Talent CoC.
- On-boarding: Support Talent Acquisition and HR Services in the delivery of local Induction and on-boarding programs
- Feedback to the Learning Design Team : Provide structured feedback to the Regional CoC on the quality of the design and build of the above the market portfolio
- Business Needs and Learning Impact : Proactively provide input and continuous feedback to the Talent Manager about: the business needs and development priorities and the impact of the Learning & Capability building above the market solutions at local level (leveraging analytics and learning effectiveness global tool)
- Development Partnership: Partner, as Coach/Expert, and in cooperation with the Leadership and Team Development Manager, with the local HBPs for the building and the execution of the People development plans

Requirements

What will make you successful

- 2-3 years experience leading a learning function across the region
- Business acumen: ability to execute the People Development business strategy within the above the market L&D portfolio of solutions
- Digital acumen: ability to leverage the opportunities generated by the digital learning technologies
- Ability to connect with external environment
- Stakeholder Management: HRBPs, LMs, Regional Talent CoC colleagues
- Ability to make choices and prioritize resources
- Working under pressure of various and sometime conflicting demands
- Execution and effectiveness capabilities
