Job Summary:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing available properties to screening potential tenants and negotiating lease terms. This role requires strong sales and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the local real estate market.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants for commercial and residential properties.
- Market available properties through various channels, such as online listings, advertising, and networking.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours.
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks and credit verification
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure that all necessary documents are properly executed
- Collaborate with property management operations and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure that properties are well-maintained
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in order to set competitive rental rates
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and rental income
- Oversee lease renewals and lease terminations
- Resolve lease-related disputes and evictions in accordance with legal requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in the real estate and retail industry
- In-depth knowledge of leasing regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and trends
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in using ERP system
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
