Employment: Full Time

Loss Prevention - Senior Executive - Retail Divisional Office - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to hire a Loss-Prevention Senior Executive to protect the company assets and inventory from internal and external thefts.

Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
- Visit the stores to ensure full compliance with the company policies and procedures
- Perform Cash and deposit audits to detect any theft or fraud cases
- Investigate and interview individuals suspected of shoplifting, internal theft or shrinkage
- Train and asses store managers and cashiers on loss prevention measures
- Verify correct use and maintenance of the physical security systems such as CCTV and anti-theft system
- Prepare the annual budget and business plan of the LP dept
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the members of the LP dept.

Requirements

- University graduate, English language and MS office
- 2 years in the Loss Prevention of the retail industry
