Job description / Role
• Performing Training Needs Analysis to identify knowledge gaps
• Ensuring all aspects related to the preparation, performance and follow up of the training, are organised in a professional and organised manner, within the contractual requirements
• Ensuring communication and coordination with the client entity Representatives
• Coordination with the entity Contractor Training Instructors
• Proof-reading, commenting, and transmitting training programs for the different entities
• Establishing a mechanism to monitor the effectiveness of the training
• Ensuring completion with the training
• Integrating training schedule
• Managing all logistics for trainings
