Purpose of the job
Develop a winning strategy and a marketing plan with the objectives of: Driving value & volume share growth by Segment for the home internet. This will be carried out by carefully analyzing the home market, create specific propositions & offers then plan and execute surgical & tactical campaigns either geo based or via database segmentation to utilize such offers either via outbound calls / through shops / direct marketing activities. This covers all home internet products either over fixed network or over 4G.
With a scope of all Home Internet products & services (data and non data)
- prepare a 6 months plan for targeted acquisition campaigns aiming to capture opportunities in the market by utilizing surgical tactics rather than mass approaches, this includes:
- Outbound attack tele-sales campaigns targeting specific target segments (ex. orange dials with specific segments / other ISPs customers)
- Sales channel based specific campaign (shops / franchise / resellers / online ...etc. )
- Geo based campaigns (targeting specific areas)
- Enhance the potential of sales channels by leading programs and activities to insure all (material / knowledge / compensation plan / journeys / stocks / BTL/ATL campaigns) are fully utilized and effective in reaching acquisition goals
- Owns executing owned propositions & campaigns on time by submitting propositions TTM/IEC & responsible for producing all the needed business cases / presentations / briefs / concept documents / go to market activities as well as owning the cycle end to end and responsible for launching as planned, taking into consideration teams lead times.

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably within the Telecommunication industry
