Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Technical office and estimation of tender budget for major projects.
- ASTM mechanical material equipment of HVAC (Chilled and hot water system), fire sprinkler system, plumbing systems, fuel oil system, water treatment plants and building automation system.
- Preparing material take-off, purchasing requisitions, evaluating vendor's quotations, subcontractor's scope of work and offers against project design documents.
- Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) for subcontractor's offers, review technical submittals and providing technical comments on project design.

Requirements

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in International Construction Company.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Very good oral and written English.
- Communication, negotiation, decision making and problem solving.
- Operations, services and activities of lease negotiations and contract compliance.
- Very good computer skills.
