Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role purpose:

Offshore Product owner is an entry level role and a great way to break into product. Working in an assistant-like position with other Product Owners, an APO is given a variety of smaller tasks to assist with product development.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Works under direction & supervision, the associate PO is Responsible for gathering and coordinating the business.
- Their focus is to direct the development agile teams to help implement the product under supervision from a product owner.
- Participate in discussions with stakeholders to develop and validate business requirements & follow a communication plan to meet project and stakeholder needs.

Requirements

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Digital perspective
- A passionate commitment to user-centred design and development

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience (0-2 years of experience)
- Previous experience as a product owner is not a must.
- Basic software development knowledge.
