Job description / Role
Client is a leading International operator are currently looking for an experienced Operations Director to join them in Egypt. The role is ideally suited for a very "hands on" manage. Client specialized in construction of precast concrete products. They currently have 2 main factories and are looking to expand with a 3rd production facility.
Your main focus as Operations Director will be to increase the quality an processes at the existing 2 factories while ensuring all staff are trained to international standards. This position will require a "hands on manager" who is looking to get stuck into the role. Previous Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering Mechanic / Production
- Minimum 7-10 experience
- Coaching / Training and leadership skills
- Strong Precast process / production knowledge
- Time management
- Single Status is preferred
