Employment: Full Time

The Partner Sales Manager will be based in Cairo, Egypt and will oversee and manage Oracle business within LENA region. The PSM will be the primary and focal point between our company and its channel (Vendor & Partners) and will work directly with our partners to create and implement on-going marketing and sales programs achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives within the assigned geography.

Job Description
- Drive new business from Reseller partners and new end users across the whole companies products range, with a focus on Oracle Hardware & Software, through excellent understanding of the range and its business requirements.
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan in conjunction with all sales departments to push all product lines. This should detail the yearly activity to meet the company objectives for promoting the companies portfolio to the right sales channel. Ensure that business requirements have been met on the planning and executing stages.
- Achieve both the quarterly and annual sales goals as detailed in the annual compensation plan.
- Contribute to the development of our marketing and business development areas to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company goals.
- Guide and take care of weekly pipelines and bookings.
- Market the companies portfolio to the right sales channel.
- Identify a range of new reseller partners to our company, develop and drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners, and qualify the partners to sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. This includes proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis, and ensuring partner compliance with our organization and its Vendors.
- Visit Channel Partners to educate and train in Sales, Technical & Operational areas.
- Build a solid relationship with partners over time, converting transactional relationships to trusted partnerships by regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Represent our company in a professional manner at all times, observing decent standards of dress and behavior on all occasions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science. An excellent technical background is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the business development & Sales, Distribution and marketing of IT product and solutions.
- Good time management skills.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in teams and be flexible within a dynamic environment.
- Leadership skills.
- Business negotiating skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to travel.
- Fluency in English & Arabic. And French is appreciated.
