Our client is one of the leading international construction groups, with worldwide diversified activities, offers a full range of services in engineering and construction project. The firm's evolution for over a 50 year span is reflected in its continuing record of achievements performing major civil, industrial and electromechanical projects worldwide.

They are hiring 3 Procurement Engineers to work in Egypt.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of required deliveries.
- Preparation of inquiry package, sourcing, placing inquires.
- Evaluation of quotations and issuing comparative statements.
- Negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Preparation of purchase orders.
- Organizing logistics and following up until satisfactory delivery.
- Providing require support and documents for tenders.
- Issue and maintain procurement library of standard templates.

Requirements

- From 3 to 10 years of experience in procurement of construction material.
- Good Knowledge of Middle east and international construction related market.
- Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Procurement knowledge Essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, social, diplomatic and loyal.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Computer literacy.
