Project Director - Egypt
This opportunity is with a leading company based in the Middle East diversified into various business units.
As a Project Director you would be responsible for handling all projects from inception to completion, including feasibility study, tendering, budgeting, project execution, design, supervision and finalisation.
You would be responsible to handle project development, project execution, manage the design process, review and approve drawings, conduct quality checks, prepare store tracking reports. Provide complete project support planning, proposals, budgeting, scheduling, tendering, negotiations, hiring and managing project consultants. In addition negotiate on rates and contractual terms with contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- An experienced professional with a Bachelors/ Master’s Degree
- Minimum 15-20 years project management experience
- Managing large size industrial projects such as ports, mega structures, refineries, terminals from inception to completion
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and techniques and qualified to a high level in relevant project methodologies.
- A successful track record of project delivery including multiple / concurrent projects and with experience of the whole project lifecycle.
- Egyptian Nationals will be considered
