Job description / Role
A leading Retail consultancy is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Project Director to work on a Major Refurbishment Project of an established Mall based in Egypt.
The role will involve the management of the Refurbishment from inception to completion with the delivery and opening of the new shops in the premises. You will be responsible for managing the Consultants and the Contractors on site and as such be able to do this autonomously.
This is a great role working on one of the most prestigious malls in the region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must come from a strong Retail Project management background and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing previous Mall projects. You must have experience of a refurbishment project as opposed to simply a new build and must be adept at dealing with contractors and consultancies.
Arabic Fluency is highly preferred.
