Receptionist - City Management - Cairo Festival City - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to hire a Receptionist to welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

Your Job Responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
- Support the Executive Director and other staff main Activities
- Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested
- Provide administrative services for the Executive Director
- Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

- High school or diploma degree
- Not less than 3 years’ experience

Job-Specific Skills:
- Computer proficiency.
- Work under pressure
- Quality oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Behavioural Competencies:
- A strong team player.
- Communication
