Leading Multinational Company
NTS Group are working with a leading multinational company to recruit a Sales Director to be based in the Cairo office in Egypt.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used across the division.
- Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the divisions planning efforts.
- Coordinate planning activities with marketing and operations teams across the division.
- Ensure sales force targets are properly distributed and that sales teams are motivated and supported.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, including effective implementation of the corporate CRM system.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the division.
- Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel across the division.
- Assist in the hiring and retention of qualified and professional staff in a timely fashion.
- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
- Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with marketing, event operations, finance, support and group functions.
- Lead relationships with joint venture partners to ensure that objectives are clearly communicated and implemented.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a business related subject.
- Significant experience in a senior sales management role within the exhibitions / conferences sector.
- Proven experience of delivering on multi-streamed revenue targets.
- Experience of building a high performance sales team.
- Excellent people management skills, with specific workload management experience.
- Experience of working in pressured environment.
Desirable:
- Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in Arabic at all levels.
