Job description:
Sales Excellence Manager role is responsible for Instilling sales process discipline and adherence to standards and execution excellence. Sales Excellence Manager develops training program to build a high-performance sales culture. Plays a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance within an organization. Analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations for improvements.

Rules &Responsibilities of Sales Excellence Manager:
- Drive opportunity pipeline Hygiene and ensure adequate pipeline health
- Lead Sales Platform digital transformation (MS Dynamics)
- Develop Sales Enablement platform and lead Sales Academy to build a high-performance sales culture & develop training programs for sales teams about sales techniques, product knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing and products teams to create sales materials and campaigns
- Analyzing sales performance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals
- Instills sales process discipline, adherence to standards and excellence in execution. Helps ensure consistency and excellence in the sales process within all segments.
- Analyze & simplify sales process to measure the sales effectiveness
- Motivate sales team and boost morale through incentives, recognition, and other tactics
- Ensure high standards of Sales force execution through continuous monitoring of sales productivity, effectiveness and quality.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate sales operations management, including responsibility for forecasting, sales tool and process improvements in a enterprise sales environment
- 5+ years' experience with data analytics and ability to successfully review data and reports to extract meaningful insights that drive strategies and senior management decision-making processes
- successful track record in technology sales
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High self-accountability, Superb leadership ability
- Ability to perform tasks, demonstrate the ability to work successfully and productively in a multi-task and fast paced
