Senior Accountant - Treasury - FAMCO Egypt - Abou Rawash - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to hire a Senior Accountant- Treasury to develop and manage strategies, operations and policies related to the treasury function, including cash management, foreign exchange, borrowing, and payment processing.

Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
- Develop processes and systems to determine daily cash position; track and manage intra-company funding.
- Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions
- Manage debt obligations and lender relationships.
- Manage cash and investment portfolio.
- Forecast sources and uses of cash.
- Assess, manage and mitigate foreign currency exposure
- Formulate and implement investment policies, including the establishment of risk parameters.
- Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies and internal controls.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field preferred
- 4 to six years of experience in finance and treasury; strong treasury background.
- Knowledge of capital and currency markets, accounting, finance and tax.
- Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software.
