Employment: Full Time

An International engineering, construction company in the Middle East are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their head office in Egypt

The suitable candidate will be responsible for exploring, identifying or proposing potential business opportunities by contacting potential stakeholders / partners

You will need to have a strong gasp on the market, be able to analyze market potential, strategies, competitor moves, deal requirements, evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending entry strategies / options.

Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new opportunity / venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

Closes business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Enhancing Organization reputation & high level networking.

Requirements

- Previous experience in GCC preferred.
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience working with Local, International and Government companies,
- Business Networking, Negotiations, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, - Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism is a must.
