Job description / Role
- Liaises with members of the business development department and other department officers, for collection of data and preparation of pre-qualification documents.
- Compiles and submits pre-qualification exercises and other registration documents, as required.
- Assists the Business Development Manager and Regional Business Development Manager in various daily tasks.
- Organizes photographic archives and prepares project lists (completed projects, projects in progress, specific experience, etc.) and other material needed for pre-qualification purposes, and arranges onward transmission to the Business Development Department on a regular basis.
- Maintains a central filing system and keeps copies of pre-qualifications and other submissions and registrations, as well as material needed for publicity and other promotional purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering in a relevant discipline with further studies.
- 10 years of experience in business development in the construction field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business growth strategies with clients as well as business partners.
- Engaging and highly effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills that cultivate and grow business relationships.
- Fluent in the English language and very good in French.
