Job description / Role
£115,000 - £130,000
This well respected principal contractor is involved in some of the highest profile projects across the Middle East and as such is looking to add a Senior Commercial Manager to its team in Egypt.
Requirements
* Middle East experience
* Experience managing multiple projects and large commercial teams
* BSc Quantity Surveying or MRICS qualified
* Experience of high value build projects such as hotels, resorts, mixed use developments
* A track record of working for well known blue chip construction companies
* Any nationality
* Minimum of 15 years experience with well known blue chip contracting companies
* BSc in Quantity Surveying from a recognised college or university or MRICS status
* Demonstrable experience of managing commercial teams
* Experience of managing multiple projects
This is an urgent requirement so candidates with little or no notice are preferred.
