Job description / Role
- Review all expenditures to assure of the right allocation of affiliated companies.
- Prepare the required analysis of changes of BS, PL and CFS for each Company and reflect it of consolidation scope
- Responsible for recording all consolidation transactions at group level (acquisitions, mergers, disposals...)
- Maintain and review GL account and submit the Trail balance (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Control and manage the group consolidation process (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and prepare intercompany reconciliation
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business or public administration, finance, accounting or closely related field.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Excellent command of English written & speaking.
