Senior Contracts Manager - Egypt - Mace International

Senior Contracts Manager

Reporting to the Clients Development Director on a major, high end retail scheme.

The role of the Senior Contracts Manager will be to ensure that all associated contracts of the projects entire supply chain are administered correctly.

Predominantly a post-con role, this position requires an individual who has experience in managing contractors, sub-contractors and consultants that have been appointed to deliver their services on the project.

Fully responsible for contractual correspondence to all contractors and supply chain partners throughout the delivery and close out stages of the scheme.

Experience in responding to contractor claims and in providing contractual advice to a client body are essential.

Part of the senior management team in a client facing role.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in a Commercial or related subject is preferred.
- Chartered status or Member of a professional institution, preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comprehend, analyse and assess consultant and contractor applications and overseeing the variations, change order process and claims correspondence.
- Challenge and seek to improve the project deliverables.
- Drive innovation and better ways of working.
