Job Description
- Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Senior HR Manager with the below responsibilities and qualifications.

Mainly responsible for aligning HR practices with overall business goals through managing the following HR functions within Raya Trade

Talent Management:
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Responsible for managing the HR and Operations communication meetings, and coming up with action plan to improve agreed upon comments
- Implementing Raya Trade Onboarding Program with departments heads, enrolling all new hires on a monthly basis

Recruitment & Selection:
- Develops and monitors Raya Distribution & Logistics recruitment plan and determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans and manages the Recruitment team

Compensation & Benefits:
- Work on the HR annual manpower plan for Raya Distribution & Logistics with department heads to forecast coming years HR budget
- Evaluate employee pay vs. company salary scale and work with top management to decrease the gaps (Compa-Ratio)
- Review the organization's pay structure and benefits offerings and modify and update when needed
- Mentors compensation and benefits team as the desired skills and competencies are developed
- Responsible for handling any project related to compensation and benefits as requested
- Ensure HR policies (like leaves, overtime records, warning letters, penalties, etc.) are efficiently implemented

Employee Relations:
- Manage ER issues within the business units.
- Work with line managers in creating a culture of employee engagement.
- Act as an advisor to line managers in order to educate them and minimize risk
- Responsible for all employee relation programs such as: department outings, employee of the month award, CEO breakfast outings, etc.

Training & Development:
- Responsible for the allocation of the annual training budget in coordination with the department heads
- Manages the coordination with the Training and development department (Raya Holding) to provide and schedule training programs for Raya Trade
- Conduct Training programs customized for Raya Trade Employees for their development
- Work with the technical Retail team on Retail School Academy

Requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with HR major
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the HR Field, 5 of which are in a managerial position
- Excellent knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and principles
- Expertise on sound judgment of applicants (in terms of their knowledge, skills and abilities)
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and regulations regarding the compensation and benefits
- Excellent understanding of the measurement of training program's success (to ensure
- continuous development of training programs)
