What will you do?
- Oversee the Planning, coordinating and controlling receiving, arranging orders processes and dispatching goods process.
- Manage the inventory control systems up-to-date and ensure the accuracy of stocks.
- Oversee the submitted regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage Maintaining health, safety, hygiene and security standards in the work environment.
- Manage warehouses in compliance with company policies, quality Regulations
- Achieves financial goals by preparing an annual budget; Scheduling expenditures Analyze variances and initiate corrective action.
- Oversee stock control and order processing.
- Manage the inventory control systems and plan future capacity requirements.
- Work to deliver supplies inspection records on a regular basis in each quantity separately on the same date of supply.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, forklift operators, and pickers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and enhance operational efficiency. Implement lean principles and best practices to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to automate processes and improve data accuracy
