Service Centre Manager - After Sales - HONDA - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to hire a Service Center Manager to insure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.

Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to:
- Achieve required revenue
- Achieve required CSI.
- Honda deal clinic score
- Fix it right first time
- Achieve the required utilization percentage of the S/C
- Achieve the required productivity percentage of the S/C
- Control the warranty operation

Requirements

- BSc. Mechanical Engineer
- 10 years with Min Of 5 years in Automotive business

Job-Specific Skills:
- Automotive Technical background specially in distributor’s
- Customer handling
- Warranty policies and knowledge
- Excellent English language
- High computer skills

Behavioural Competencies:
- Team leader
- Ability in solving problems
- Decision maker
- Customer oriented
- Understand customers need
- Coach and Guide Technician’s and other service members
