Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Showroom Manager

What will you do?
- Manage the daily activity of all showroom Sales Consultants and handle the customer complaints or any technical problem.
- Ensure store is effectively managed by training, evaluating, discipline and development of employees.
- Work together with the marketing team to make sure the business and its products are properly promoted.
- Ensure sales goals are achieved by assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans.
- Support teammates in establishing and maintaining productive sales environment by training and developing teammates on all shop operations and customer services to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Manage sales through the development of a business strategy to address revenue, expense, and sales controls.

Requirements

What will you need?
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive industry is preferable.
- Bachelor degree in engineering.
- MBA is preferable
- Excellent one-time closing skills
- goal-oriented and energetic team player
