Specialty Leasing Executive - Mall Management - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to hire a Specialty Leasing Executive to generate and maximise income through the leasing of the common areas and contributing to the overall business and the Specialty Leasing Revenue. Your Job Responsibilities will be including & not limited to:
- Implementation of Specialty Leasing Plan.
- Business Development.
- Retail Presentation Standards.
- Effective relationship management with the Lessees.
- Forecasting potential revenue within the area of operation for the Specialty Leasing.
- Adminstration of all documents, payments etc in line with the policies and procedures of SL and internal audit.

Requirements

- University graduate, preferably graduates specialization in Marketing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing background, in a similar field, or in the sales side of a media / events management company/ mall leasing/ property development.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Bilingual: English and Arabic speaking skills desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven specialty leasing or sales & marketing skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
