Store Manager - Marks & Spencer - City Stars - Cairo, Egypt

We are currently seeking to hire a Store Manager for City Stars Store. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for consistent operational excellence in the store, P&L and ensure Brand compliance for the store.

In addition to creating a working environment which encourages Brand values, teamwork ,delivery of the results and exceptional customer service experience.

Requirements

As a Store Manager, you will a bachelor degree holder with at least 8 years experience in fashion retail, with the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as good organizational, management, communication and sales skills.

A passionate and experienced retailer, your background will include managing fashion retail operations and achieving optimum sales targets. As well as managing costs and budgets and interpreting sales data to report back to management on the overall financial status of your business. Your ability to develop, coach and mentor your team will be a critical success factor.
